About Rosen Method

Rosen bodywork is concerned with how we live in our bodies every day. Stress and trauma cause our muscles to tighten in self-protection. Over time, this tension can become chronic and deep, cutting us off from ourselves. Rosen Method uses gentle, non-manipulative touch to bring awareness back to these held areas.

Rather than trying to 'fix' or change you, the practitioner invites you to simply be with your experience. We listen to your body and breath, which reflect your emotional state. As safe contact is made, the breath deepens, and deep tension releases. This process often unlocks held emotions or memories, allowing you to let go of old patterns and experience greater aliveness, freedom, and well-being.
